EAP is not riding, it occurs on the ground with the horse free to move around in a field.  EAP involves activities with the horses which will use behaviors, patterns, trial and error, reflection, generalization and metaphors.  These activities focus on communication patterns, including verbal and non-verbal communication, problem solving, confidence, attitude, and healthy relationships.  Horses are strong, empathic and mirror our feelings and behaviors.  Team building and group services focus on building healthy communication styles, promoting growth and change which benefits both the individuals and the group as a whole.  Services are provided in a barn setting in Palm Beach County.
