Confidence & Coping Group

Our teen ASD girls group provides a safe space to process concerns related to Autism, teen development and mental well being.  ASD Teens these days struggle with challenging relationships, body image, self esteem and school.  This group will help with skills training through interactive activities to help teens wanting to connect with other like-minded teens. The groups are small, registration is limited to 5 participants ages 15-17 years old. Teens will be able to create, learn and grow in a safe, judgement free environment.  Group meets for 6 consecutive Mondays from June 23rd through July 28th for 90 minutes. Each week will focus on teaching a new skills through a hands-on activities. No boring lectures!  Group is led by Alicia Ballestas, Board Certified Registered Art Therapist
