Ever wonder how art therapy techniques can enhance your clinical skills and build your toolbox? This workshop is a hands-on introduction to incorporating art therapy techniques into play therapy services for all ages.  Therapists will leave with art activities to incorporate with their clientele that will aid in with a variety of presenting  concerns, ages and situations.  This workshop is perfect for the novice through experienced Play Therapist. Therapists will be able to  incorporate learned skills into their clinical approach and techniques  into in person and online telehealth services.

• Define Art Therapy and the ethics of art therapy 

• Identify ways art can be incorporated into Child-Centered Play Therapy and Directive approaches

• Describe at least two art therapy activities to incorporate into services with children, teens and adult

• Describe at least two ways that art therapy activities can be done in person and virtually during play…
