Incorporación de técnicas de terapia con bandeja de arena en los servicios de terapia de juego

Ever wonder how sandtray therapy techniques can enhance your clinical skills and build your toolbox? This workshop is a hands-on introduction to incorporating sandtray therapy techniques into play therapy services for all ages.  Therapists will leave with sandtray activities to incorporate with their clientele that will aid in with a variety of presenting  concerns, ages and situations.  Therapists will be able to  incorporate learned skills into their clinical approach and techniques  into in person and online telehealth services. Ethical considerations, diversity and limitations will also be explored.

Participants should be able to…

• Define Sandtray Therapy versus Sandplay Therapy

• Describe at least two sandtray therapy activities to incorporate into services with children, teens and adults

• Identify cultural considerations with sandtray therapy techniques 

• Describe at least two ways that sandtray therapy activities can be done in person and virtually during play therapy services
