Confidence & Coping Group

Our teen girls group provides a safe space to process concerns related to teen development and mental well being.  Teens these days struggle with challenging relationships, body image, self esteem and school.  This group will help with skills training through interactive activities to help teens wanting to connect with other like-minded teens. The groups are small, registration is limited to 6 participants. Teens will be able to create, learn and grow in a safe, judgement free environment.  Group meets for 6 consecutive Tuesdays from June 25th through July 30th for 90 minutes. Each week will focus on teaching a new skills through a hands-on activities.  Topics include: developing healthier relationships, self-compassion, recognizing their strengths and celebrating them, learn coping sills that work for them, and connecting to others. No boring lectures!  Group is led by Jaci Wright, Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Group is open to any female identifying teens  who are interested in learning how to improve coping strategies, increase self confidence and build healthy life-skills.   A flat rate of $300 is required to register for the 6-week sessions.   Sessions will occur on June 25th, July 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th. Dates and times subject to change. 

By completing the pre-registration, we will contact you for a brief intake phone call.  If we are a good fit for you, registration paperwork will be sent for signature and the fee of $300 to be paid.  Registration will not be confirmed until the full registration and payment is completed.

If less than 5 participants are registered one week from start date, the group may be rescheduled to another time.  Full refunds will be provided if requested in writing 30 days prior to the start date, after which a 50% refund will be provided.
