The Mother's Circle

This group will help you uncover what is "Good Enough" as a mom.  We'll work to help you feel more successful as a parent, stay calm and manage stress.  Group will focus on prioritizing your needs and self-care, receive support and connection with other moms to feel more balanced.  

This weekly group is facilitated by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and helps mom's who:

• Feel like they are failing at parenting

• Struggle to balance all their roles

• Are irritable, stressed, run down, or reactive

• Feel disconnected from themselves

• Are lonely or isolated

• Put their needs last

July 11th through August 15th

S40/SESSION

Group is open to mothers interested in learning how to incorporate new skills into their lives, have additional support and grow in new ways.  Jaci Wright, LMHC, will facilitate the group. A flat rate of $240 is required to register for the 6-week sessions.   Sessions will occur on concurrent Tuesdays, starting July 11th and going through August 15th. 

Once you have completed the pre-registration, we will contact you for a brief intake phone call.  If we are a good fit for you, a full registration and fee of $240 will be sent.  Registration will not be confirmed until the paperwork and payment is completed. 

If less than 4 participants are registered one week from start date, the group may be rescheduled to another time.
