Chill Out! Building Regulation, Mindfulness & Growth in Trauma-Informed Play Therapy Services

When Counting To 10 Does Not Work...

This training will introduce therapists, counselors, social workers and psychologists to the Neurosequential Model. Often called a Bottom-Up approach to growth and healing from trauma, the Neurosequential Model builds regulation and mindfulness into therapy services. Clinician considerations for incorporating into CCPT and Adlerian Play Therapy will be discussed. Participants will learn and incorporate regulation and mindfulness activities through hands-on activities throughout the workshop.
